Add student's academic records

Desktop
  1. On the overview page click on the Classes card to open the campus classes page.
  2. On the campus classes page, select the class you want to the add academic records.
  3. Click on the options button to open the options drop-down menu.
  4. On the drop-down menu click on the Continuous Assessment option.
  5. Select the course using the dropdown at the top right corner.
  6. Enter the updates to the academic records in the fields provided and skip to Step 11.
  7. Alternatively you can also import academic records from a spreadsheet file. To import records from a spreadsheet, click on the Import Excel Data button.
  8. Click on the Download template for excel file to upload here button. This will start a download for a template spreadsheet file. The downloaded template spreadsheet file contains the details of students in the class together with columns to fill in their respective academic records.
  9. After updating the template spreadsheet file, you now have to import it back into your Adiutor app. Click the provided area to select the updated spreadsheet template file. Alternatively you can drag and drop the file into the provided area.
  10. Click on the Import button to import your changes into your Adiutor app.
  11. Review your changes and click on the Save changes button to save your changes.
